2. Scope of Operations We are currently in Phase 1 of our global rollout, focusing on providing premium footwear to customers in the North American market (United States Mainland, Canada, and Mexico). Automated storefront orders are accepted only for these regions. Shipping to Europe, Asia, and other international regions will be launched in subsequent phases and will be announced on this page.
3. Transaction Types Emily Aura supports two secure transaction methods:
- Standard E-Commerce Orders: Placed directly through our website shopping cart and secure payment gateways.
- Private & Direct Invoice Orders: For customized or concierge requests, processed via secure PayPal invoices or verified direct payment links. Contractual details are defined by the approved invoice and our archived communications.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
- All orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- United States: Standard shipping 7–12 business days | Express (DHL/FedEx) 3–5 business days.
- Canada & Mexico: Standard shipping 10–15 business days.
Total estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping transit time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, carrier volume, or other factors (see Shipping Policy for full details).
5. Pricing, Shipping Costs & Customs
- Standard tracked shipping is FREE on orders of $49+.
- Orders under $49: $5.99 (US) / $7.99 (Canada & Mexico).
- Express shipping: $18 flat rate.
Orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.
6. Address Accuracy & Liability Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including logos, product images, descriptions, designs, and text — is the intellectual property of Emily Aura.
