1. Order Processing & Dispatch Protocol

Standard Store Orders: All website orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after successful payment authorization.

Private & Direct Invoice Orders: For concierge services or orders processed via direct PayPal invoices, the 1–3 business day window commences strictly after funds have successfully cleared in our account. The shipping destination will be governed by the address validated on the corresponding transaction invoice.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Emily Aura is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or obsolete address inputs provided during checkout or the invoicing phase. Additional shipping fees will apply for any necessary re-shipments.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments
Your purchase is fully protected under our fulfillment guarantee, which aligns with PayPal Buyer Protection standards:
